Zirve Residence is an ideal villa for a relaxing holiday in Kalkan. The villa enjoys the marvellous scenery of Kalkan Bay, Mouse and Snake Islands and Kalkan Harbour. This endless panaroma is completed with olive forests on the slopes of Taurus Mountains at the back side.
The villa provides everything you will need in a relaxing and joyful holiday in Kalkan. The location is very near to Kalkan centrum and the coast, however since you will have to climb a slope on the way back to your villa, car hiring can be wise, and will be arranged upon your request.

Location: Kordere - Kalkan (Kordere is a district of Kalkan just 15 min. walk to Kalkan centrum.) Minibus service to the front door is always available.
Status: Constructed by Jimmy in 2004. The villa had been used as guest house until 2007, and this year we just started to rent it to our customers. Hence both the villa and the furniture are nearly brand new.
Furniture: Decoration have been designed by architects and reflects a high-level of quality integrated with a local taste of materials and workmanship. The villa is full-furnished including 3 ac units, all kitchenware, white and brown goods, and upto very minor details, such as candles. You need to just bring your clothes and toothbrush!

An incredibly wonderful sight view of Kalkan Bay on all levels distinguishes the villa and its location. High-quality material and workmanship choices are the primary features of the villa. Tasteful design and technical superiority is the reason for the preferance of kitchenware and Siemens kitchen equipment. Architectural design is simple and functional. 2 en suite bedrooms each with jakuzzis offering a great experience with magnificient scenery. Wooden elements on the exterior of the building and the stairs are custom made. Exceptional stone workmanship on walls and fireplace deserves attention. All necessary electrical devices are installed and working properly, such as 3 air-conditioning units and color television with satellite receiver. Additional penthouse bedroom is great for teens and guests. Swimming pool, roof terrace, wooden balcony and ground veranda all share the same fantastic scenery of Kalkan and surrounding environment.
The villa is rented as self-catering. Maid service is provided before guests arrival, and in the middle of each week. Further services such as catering, daily maid, car hiring and guided tours are provided upon your request. You can get support from our local staff any time during your stay about aything you require or in case of an emergency
